• Parent Meeting - on 6/11 from 5:00-6:00pm
• NO PRACTICE (mandated by ICA) - 7/1 through 7/15
• ***MANDATORY CHOREGRAPHY FOR COMPETITION CHEER*** - 7/25-7/28 @ Ultimate Athletics (1223 E. Rand Rd., Prospect Heights, IL)
• Indoor Practice begins July 29:  Facility - Lord and Savior Lutheran School (9300 Ridgefield Rd, Crystal Lake, IL 60012)
  • Directors/Coaches to confirm times following registration closure.

• SideOuts Fundraiser/Party:
  - Sunday, September 1st at 7pm - (Parents Night Out) - Highly recommended to attend.  This is a great opportunity to support the program, meet coaches and others, while enjoying some great entertainment. (music, rattles, etc...)  This event is open to the public to support the Wolves.  

1.  Practice area for 2024:
Prairie Grove Police Station for outdoor location and Lord and Savior Lutheran Church (indoor locations).  Practice areas and times are based on availability.

2.  On July 29th, all squads, will go indoors to practice for the remainder of the season as they will need to use mats for competition stunts. Indoor practice for 2024 will be held at Lord & Savior Church (9300 Ridgefield Road, Crystal Lake, IL). Coaches will provide indoor practice schedule.

3.  All games are played on EITHER Saturday or Sunday EVERY weekend. Some cheer teams may have to travel to nearby cities. When the schedule is available, the coach will notify you.
**Cheer schedule is based on tackle football schedules.  Tackle games are typically announced a week or two in advance, but are subject to change based on field availability.  Once tackle schedules are announced, coaches will notify squads of game assignments. www.tcyfl.net

4.  Mascot season will end the last weekend in October. All others will end when the last football game is played...usually mid-November.

5.  Only Jr. Wolves uniforms and approved Spirit Wear are allowed to be worn at all games and events at coaches discretion.
