1.       Set up Shutterfly account:   Update with games, practices, fundraiser, competition, changes in schedules

2.       Receive sample of panographic team picture (EMPIRE Photography) and collect orders

3.       Collect decal orders

4.       Organize details for team sweatshirt & order-collect money

5.       Homecoming festivities/parade

6.       Coordinate gifts for coaches (examples include: panoramic pictures, team sweatshirt, gift cards)

7.       Coordinate team basket for annual Side Outs fundraiser 

8.       Coordinate goodie bags and/or post game snack

9.       Organize beginning/end of year team/squad party

10.     Make the season fun for the kids!
