2020 Season COVID19 Refund Information

2020 Season/COVID19 Cancellation Refund Information

Greetings Jr. Wolves families,

We wanted to pass along some information regarding decisions that were made by the program should we face a situation where our season is cancelled due to COVID19.  We've come up with a few options that we feel will best suit our families and the financial stability of our organization and have outlined them outlined.  As of April 23,2020, we have not heard from our governing bodies (TCYFL & IRCA) about any cancellations for the fall 2020 season.

 

If the season gets cancelled by the TCYFL and/or IRCA, the following refund options will be made available.

 

Registrations that are Paid In Full PRIOR to season cancellation notice:

Paid in Full - Voucher Option-
If your account is paid in full prior to the season cancellation notice, you have the option of receiving a credit/voucher for the 2021 season that's locked in at the current 2020 program rate.  This would include program registration fees (Flag, Mascot Cheer, Tackle Football, Competition Cheer) and any prepaid "extra" items that were purchased during your registration session.  Any funds paid would remain with the Jr. Wolves Football & Cheerleading organization.  Prior to the 2021 season registration opening, a voucher code will be issued and delivered to the email address that was utilized to make the 2020 season registration.  Any adjustments for athletes that transition from Flag to Tackle or Mascot to Competition will be addressed at that time and will require additional payments be made to make up the price differences between the program levels.

 

Paid in Full - Full Refund Option-

If your account is paid in full prior to the season cancellation notice, you have the option to receive a full refund for the 2020 season.  This would include program registration fees (Flag, Mascot Cheer, Tackle Football, Competition Cheer) and any prepaid "extra" items that were purchased during your registration session. Please see the "Extra Items" section below for additional details.  This refund would be credited back to the original debit/credit card on file that originated the registration payment.

Registrations that are NOT Paid In Full PRIOR to season cancellation notice:

Partially Paid Registration - Refund Option-

If your 2020 registration is not yet paid in full (i.e. has pending split payments), you will be issued a full refund of any payments made to date up to the date of cancellation notice along with any prepaid "extra" items that were purchased during your registration session.  Please see the "Extra Items" section below for additional details.  Future pending split payments will be cancelled in the system and will not occur.  This refund would be credited back to the original debit/credit card on file that originated the registration payment.

Registrations that are VOLUNTARILY CANCELLED PRIOR to season cancellation notice:

Voluntary Cancellation -

Should you request a Voluntary Cancellation through our system and the season has not yet
been cancelled by the TCYFL and/or IRCA governing bodies, then your refund is subject to the
original Refund Policy that was agreed upon at the time of registration and will be processed as such.

Extra Items -

Given the uncertainty of future events, we are going to be holding off as long as possible on ordering "extra items".  Some items for the program must be ordered due to their manufacturing production and shipping lead times and we will be placing those orders when appropriate.  We are going to do our best to hold off on ordering these items until appropriate and necessary.  This may cause some delays in being able to have certain items ready for hand out at the time our season starts.  We ask for your understanding as we work to fulfill those extra item orders.

Should the season get cancelled PRIOR to ordering any "personalized extra items" (car decals w/name, jackets w/name, 2020 Combine T-shirts, practice jerseys w/names/numbers), or "generic extra items" the purchase price for those items will be included in your refund/voucher options noted above.
 
Should the season get cancelled AFTER ordering any "personalized extra items", the purchase price for those items will be excluded from your refund/voucher options noted above and when those items are available for pickup, you will be notified as such.

A request from the program -

We, as an organization, hope that our parents are understanding and know that we are doing our best in this situation.  Our number one goal this year (and every year) is to put on a great football and cheerleading experience for our athletes and their families.  Should our seasons get cancelled due to the effects of COVID19, we will be facing a situation we've never had to deal with before.  We're handling an ever-changing environment with a goal to deliver a positive experience for all.  Are we going to get it right 100% of the time, we hope so, but we ask for your flexibility, understanding, and ask that you work with us when we don't.
